Section 8 Being responsible and accountable


Responsibility for corporate governance lies with the Chairman.

The Chairman must therefore determine where responsibility lies within the company for the delivery of key outputs.

The Board has a collective responsibility and legal obligation to promote the long term success of the company.


The Chairman is responsible for investment planning in according with the core of business development, company policies and in accordance with AIM requirements.

The Chairman is also responsible for timely reviewing investment records and reports which comply with applicable law and regulation.

All investment proposals are required to be reviewed and approved by the Board. The Board is responsible to selectively visit the investment projects and monitors that the investment development is consistent with the investment planning.  Any material discrepancies are reported in the Board.
